Carol & Cal welcomed us into their beautiful home on the lush island of Kauai, where divine timing and aloha spirit flowed through every moment. Together, we created a sacred meal featuring coconut and ginger–infused mahi mahi wrapped in a banana leaf, Hawaiian-style strip steak, fragrant coconut jasmine rice, and toasted French bread topped with macadamia nut butter and cheese—each dish a reflection of connection, intention, and island blessing.
